Favorite Photo of the Week: Portland at Night and Eagle Eyes

I tried really hard to pick one photo to post as my favorite, but I felt compelled to pick two. In both cases, I felt really proud of the shots I was able to capture and the experience of these moments. I hope you don't mind the double favorites :o).

  2. Beautiful pictures! I'm so jealous! I had the chance to take a shot like that of the city of Seoul and still didn't know how to use my camera well enough to realize that if I just set it down, I could get the shot without the camera shake...ugh! That particular shot was once in a lifetime, but I need to get out there and find another one soon!

  3. I think it's very appropriate in this case you've chosen two. Your first one I've already commented on but I'm more than happy to comment on it again - I'm in awe of what you've captured - you've set the bar high for me that's for sure. Love in the second shot that the eagle is looking directly at you, well done.

  9. great work. Love them both. It is shots I have hard to take. Eagles I see flying but can never get close to. The city....well, my town don´t look like that. :)

  10. I am jealous of both pictures. They are great. I love the reflection of the lights on the water. The eagle is just amazing. Last week, I tried to photograph a blue heron and all I got was a blurry picture of him flying away from me. Great job.
